Here at The Bentley Road Baker, our team throw a lot of love into what we bring to our locality. We have a 5* North Somerset Food and Hygiene rating and we take great pride in our kitchens and workspace here. 

Our team is small; but mighty!  Our hours are long but our laughter is too; and everything we produce/ run is completed with smiles all round and a huge passion and enthusiasm for what we do here. I have a truly glorious team around me. Libby, Julie, Danielle, Kate, Tracey, Bev, Kelsey, Phoebe, Michelle, Andy and an huge selection of friends and family that jump in whenever I need them. Every member of our team is Level 2 Food and Hygiene certified as well as Allergen Awareness certificated. 

​Based in Wick at Lawrence, Bourton Barns is our site. We’ve worked incredibly hard improving the site and putting our personality into it since we took it on, just over 5 years ago. We are constantly changing here and we thrive on it! This year has brought about some significant changes as we opened as a cafe in March having previously functioned as a pre-order bakery.

Our Cafe is open Wednesday - Saturday 10am-3pm. We have a large outdoor space, play equipment, trampoline, mud kitchen, animals and play space, covered areas under tentage and wooden gazebos and an indoor seating area in our small barn. Dogs are most welcome on leads. 

  

I bake for all ocasions, and provide a huge selection of deliciously unique products to enjoy. A small business but with a huge output of passionately baked goods. Everything we bake here has been developed by me and I supply cakes and bakes, conferencing platters, tray bakes, wedding cakes, celebration cakes, postal bakes, preserves, cake jars, ice cream and puddings.

Our space here is extremely versatile and we use it for all kinds of projects and events. Wreath workshops, parties, craft groups, well-being days, Christmas events, evenings etc etc.
